Made from 2.5mm gold filled wire and then hammered to give a great texture which really catches the light. The bangle is then polished to give a shiny finish. Comes packaged in a branded gift box. Gold Filled - this is where a layer of gold (in this case 14K) is mechanically bonded (by heat and pressure) onto a base metal which is usually brass (as is the case for this bangle). Much thicker and more durable than plating, it won’t flake or peel like plating can (law states the gold layer has to be 1/20 of the whole). A GREAT affordable alternative to solid gold!
